False advertising

Originally was interested in this app because of the convenience and free shipping.

I bought a bookcase and nightstand that both advertised as "assembled" or didnt need tools - but when they arrived that was not the case. The bookcase didnt even come with instructions for assembly.

When I brought this to customer service, it took over a week to resolve the issue and their offer was to refund me shipping... which they said was $10, when hello. Free shipping? Dissatisfied with how this was handled.

Way too much hassle and effort for some items I could have bought at IKEA.

Update: Houzz reached out and offered a $25 gift card for the inconvenience. Changed star rating from 1 to 3 because I was told the ratings here should reflect the app not the service. In which case I say the app does well, just not accurate.
