Originally was interested in this app because of the convenience and free shipping. I bought a bookcase and nightstand that both advertised as "assembled" or didnt need tools - but when they arrived that was not the case. The bookcase didnt even come with instructions for assembly. When I brought this to customer service, it took over a week to resolve the issue and their offer was to refund me shipping... which they said was $10, when hello. Free shipping? Dissatisfied with how this was handled. Way too much hassle and effort for some items I could have bought at IKEA. Update: Houzz reached out and offered a $25 gift card for the inconvenience. Changed star rating from 1 to 3 because I was told the ratings here should reflect the app not the service. In which case I say the app does well, just not accurate.

This app is fantastic. It gives me a lot of great ideas.

What did you guys do?! My ideabooks wont show the images Ive saved - instead all I see are "Related Stories"!! Also lost the ability to rearrange photos, move photos from one ideabook to another, and delete multiple photos at once. Change it back! Please! (PS: I only posted this because I couldnt find any useful customer service assistance on the app/website - I suggest you add this as well.. thanks!)

Great App!! Love the ideas it provides!

We just finished building our new home, and it turned out beautiful, and I want to give the entire credit to this app! Houzz gave me ideas, allowed to share ideas with my designers, showed me my options for flooring, backsplash, bathroom mirrors to name only a few. During our 8 month long building process, I used this app everyday! Sometimes even multiple times during the day! Love it!

This app has been sitting in my updates for the past week and every time I attempt to update it, it replies its unable to complete the update - Do I want to retry?, even though Im on WiFi and My iOS is current. Please remove this as it keeps notifying my to update.

Great site for inspiration and new products for the entire home. I especially like being able to submit questions and comments about pic. features like rugs and wall colors.

House hunting and looking at older homes within our budget. Keeping an open mind as to what they could look like after Houzz-ing them. Makes this a much more fun house-shopping experience with my husband. Thank you for that!!!

Am in the process of building a new home and was told to go to this app for ideas. Boy, have we done that! We havent purchased anything as the house wont be done for almost a year but we are gathering information, ideas, that we will implement when the time comes.

We are in the middle of a home renovation and the Houzz app has been a live saver. From getting inspiration, to hiring our GC, to buying our couch...we did it all on Houzz!

Dont think there needs to be too much of a description, here. Whether you are a pro looking to show off your work or a consumer looking to find literally any home related photo imaginable or ideas for your home, Houzz is simply borderline witchcraft.

I use this app everytime I have a home question. Its awesome!

App looks nice and handy. But I cant for the life of me get the account creation process to work. Tried email, tried Facebook. No luck. Whats the point if you cant save or share the cool things you find with the app? Very disappointing.
